She didn't just present prices, she helped us make decisions on what to purchase, worked with us to find the best deals and was very upfront about the delays in shipping to set the expectation. I will be happier when the furniture comes in but I know that is outside of Ashley's control.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a new mattress and box springs. When we purchased it I was told it could Take 4 to 6 weeks for them to arrive. Bonus, we get it tomorrow, 6days! Thank you!
