We were told our furniture would be delivered on or by 8/31/2020. About two or three days ago we received an email that it would now be 9/22/2920 before we got our furniture. I asked if the date could be bumped up to no later than 9/18/2020 and have yet to receive a reply. I understand that the COVID-19 virus has had an impact on everything, but I don’t see how 4 days makes that big of a difference. I would really like to get my furniture by 9/18/2020!

We had been to five other furniture stores trying to find a lift chair for our brother who was coming home for the hospital after major surgery. Sales consultant Tom Potter was able to assist us with our need and gave a discount because of our brother Veterans status.
Fortunately, we were able to take the lift chair with us that day because it was in stock at the tallahassee store. No other dealer had any chairs in inventory.
