The sales person (Carol H.) was very easy to work with. She listened to what I was looking for, walked me around the store to explore, and when I took an interest in two separate living room options she stepped away and gave me some time to peruse and think on my own. In addition she explained all financing options available and gave me figures for the different options. When I came back to purchase within a few days she was just as pleasant and helpful....she even gave me a hug as a greeting!
It was fun. Our sales person was like a friend, very helpful. The item we purchased is well made and fits perfectly by my husband's chair.
