Well at first we weren't going to purchase anything from your store because when we walked in a lady that was standing at the podium, looked at my husband and myself and it was a look of "You don't look like you will spend any money in here" and she walked away from us. Luckily, Dwayne Moore walked up & we never once got that vibe of you're not going to spend any money in here. Dwayne was very personable, chatted with us the entire time. Showed us a wide variety of items, ran numbers with us and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses that we purchased. Yes we purchased 2 high quality, expensive mattresses along with bedroom furniture for ourselves and our daughter. We only intended on purchasing a bedroom suite for our daughter but we were so pleased with the selection and pleased with Dwayne's friendly attitude that we got additional furniture. After that bad experience when we walked in, if Dwayne Moore isn't at the store, we aren't walking in. And believe me when I say, I'm telling everyone I can about the bad experience and then will immediately tell them to go see Mr. Moore!
