The Newport News location has been cleaned regularly, the women's locker room floor, toilets, and changing rooms have been nasty. The curtains to the changing rooms need to be replaced. I would definitely make the environment more inviting for all. My home gym (NN) is only 10 min from my house and the (HPT) location is 25min away. I have been going to the Hampton location because of this.

The variety of workouts, lots to choose from. The tanning beds and machines for after your workout is great. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It's a great place to get in shape.

Friendly staff, nice facility, good equipment. Really enjoy the black level benefits. My only complaint is people not wiping down the machines after use. That's not PFs fault at all, just careless people.
I've been going to gyms for the last 30 years. This gym is one of my favorites. Nice equipment and clean.

The staff are friendly and the gym is always cleaned throughout inside the building. Staff are always on top of the gym’s operation to keep things going smoothly. I like using the app to help me gauge when the gym is not crowded so that I can complete my full exercise routine.

The machines are always working, the TVs are always working and their sound is always working. The 30 minute workout still exists.
