The staff is always friendly and helpful. Locker rooms clean and tidy. Machines in working order. I also like that it's not loud. You can have a calm workout without all loud crazy music.

Planet Fitness' facility is first rate: open, bright, well ventilated, and a lot of excellent equipment.
(But lately, they haven't been lubricating some of the squeaky machines. The high-frequency noise hurts my hearing aids!)

Desk staff is nice all the machines I need and a healthy gym atmosphere. Only thing I would love to see is a plate loaded hip thrust.
