Great customer service
The club is clean and nicely laid out. The staff are also friendly. The only criticism I have is how they change out the garbage bins. They take ALL the garbage bags out at the same time, rendering all the garbage bins out of commission at the same time. Then only after all the bags are thrown out in the dumpster do they go back through and replace the bags. This can cause there to be no garbage bins available anywhere within the club for up to 10 minutes. Seems to make more sense to take out a bag and immediately replace with another rather than separating the activities of removing and replacing the bags.

Love how easy it is to use the equipment and how clean the Crowley location is. I was new to working out at the gym and Yareli (one of the workers) was so nice and welcoming🙌 she helped teach me how to use the machines and what they were used for. Now I feel confident in my workouts!
The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The spaciousness and layout is great. I dont feel too hot when i work out the environment is spot on!!
