I love the staff they are like family! When I have come to Planet Fitness, I have usually been able to access the machines that I need to use for the day. I have had to wait a few times for a few minutes, but over all, I love to come and workout here!

Clean facility and friendly associates
My family recently moved to Austin from out of state. I visited two other locations in my area, and Slaughter Lane is my favorite Austin location so far. I drive a little further out for this location, but it's worth it. The equipment is well-organized and well-maintained. The locker room needs a little work; a paper towel holder would be helpful. Leadership at this location is evident and consistently seeks to enhance each member's experience.

I love the variety of machines and abundance of space to accommodate everyone. I wish the people were more diligent about cleaning the machines after using but It just goes with the territory. I am super happy that this one has extended its hours. I use to go to the one on Preston but now I will visit this one more often.

They have a great team at the rowlett location the Manager Jaden is awesome always nice and as well as the team whenever I need them they're always there to help. That guy Jaden does a good job being a manager.

Planet Fitness is reasonably affordable, the staff is typically friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are often clean. Additionally, with a black card membership, it is very convenient to workout at different locations without extra fees.

Love this place. Friendly staff, great equipment and absolutely spotless! Only complaint at all is that they have been keeping it a bit too cold. Would recommend PF to anyone!!!
