Awesome waitress (Bella) and the Manager (Shane Winegar) even stopped by to check on us! Food was awesome as always. Restaurant was neat and clean. One of my regular places to eat.
Great, with the exception they always forget my beer cheese that comes with the chips. A comment section would be great to clarify orders.
Our server was very thorough, quick and attentive and understood what it's like to be out to eat with young children. She was understanding and quickly took orders for the little ones to be sure they were satisfied and entertained.

food and service were great... but there was a smell in the restaurant that was almost unbearable...
Had the bacon cheeseburger quesadilla, it was delicious! Gave a generous amount of chips and dip. Everything was great.

We usually order take out but decided to go in for a birthday lunch for my so. and watch some basketball games. Service was very very slow. Waitress was nice but not as attentive as needed. And food took way too long to come out. We ordered a cookie skillet for dessert and it took longer than the food. She could have at least let us know that it was coming.
Will stick to take out.

The chicken tasted like it was overcooked because it was extremely tough to chew and I absolutely did not enjoy my meal because it was so tough.
We eat here on a regular basis and always have a great experience. We had a very large party which included several kids and the service was handled well.

My waitress was amazing and so sweet. She kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We did have to wait longer than what we were told for a table but once we ordered the food came out quick and it was delicious.

I've tried to give east coast wings a shot over and over, I've given feedback over and over. There is never a consistent meal that comes from here for us. Either sauce or temperature of wing sauce is wrong, it never fails. Nothing makes sense on how to order from here. This order medium garlic parmesan boneless wings. ZERO sauce to make it "medium". If other chain wing places were closer to my home they would get my business. Pizza hut does better boneless wings than what we get from east coast AND pizza hut is consistent which is a win when ordering delivery or pick up.
Store couldn’t find the order made from the App. Finally found 1.5 hours later. Food quality very low from sitting around. Worst experience in many years here.
I wanted to bring to your attention a recurring issue with my orders. On three separate occasions, an item has been missing from my order, requiring me to either return to the store or double-check my bags in the car. Most recently, it was celery; before that, it was wings.
I understand that your team handles many orders, but ensuring accuracy is a basic expectation. Customers shouldn’t have to verify their orders before leaving—it should be right the first time.
