Service was slow, not necessarily the server’s fault. She was very nice. Two orders, one had hot sauce, the other medium. Sauces were not great, very strong vinegar flavor in each. I’m not sure what has changed, but we were not fans of the flavor. Fries and tots were great.
The food is tasty, delivered in a timely fashion by a great crew of servers and bartenders.
Great Service
The last couple of times I have ordered wings they were over cooked and tough. Also, when I order takeout, there is never a person up front to give me my order. The Hostess has to walk back to the Kitchen to get someone. Why can't the hostess just hand me my order?

Pricing more competitive. Waiting staff was excellent! Cleanliness was great.

Wait and bar staff are very knowledgeable and knew what we wanted.
I have been very happy with the wings from ECW thus far. Being from Buffalo, it had me a little concerned that I would not find good wings in NC but ECW has been a lifesaver in that regard. Keep up the good work!!
The amount of tots was disappointing. The burger had congealed in a weird position because there was nothing to hold it upright. The fried pickles were shriveled up and hard to chew. Burger tasted great though!

Don't over cook the wings , and keep someone at the bar at all times, I've seen people get up and walk out , due to no one to serve them,,, great service goes along ways

I do like eating at East Coast Wings. Unfortunately my last visit both my beer and my boyfriends beer were expired. Mine was from 2023 expired. I was not happy with this.
