I called after placing my order to request bbq sauce be on the side of my burger and for the wings to be lightly sauced. The girl that I spoke with said “absolutely no problem”. However, bbq sauce was on burger and wings were swimming in sauce. Either add a special instructions box to online orders or ensure your staff listen and follow through with appropriate customer requests. Also, sweet potato fries were not done.

No sangria available again, 3rd time in a row in the last 6 months. Slow service.
My loaded nachos and extra side of tortilla chips and salsa were missing in my pick up order. Several previous times food has been missing but I'm not one to pester because I know things happen and people get busy, but when it's every single time it gets old. We love the food, but never even receive half of it most of the time.
