Always a great experience at Salisbury. The smiling faces upon entry, friendly, prompt service and the best tasting food around. Scott and First name removed are the best owners. They are out talking, working, helping their staff in any way. Great job Salisbury.

The service is always excellent and the food is very good.
It’s a continuing issue. We can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone on Sundays. I ordered on Monday and when I went to pick up order an employee admitted to me that they took the phone off the hook because they were understaffed. That isn’t a very good way to run a business. I even called other locations and they answered immediately. When I went in on Monday I asked to speak to a manager to discuss this problem and was told there wasn’t a manager there. Seems like your business is losing lots of money by not answering the phone. Not sure I will be back.

Poor service! Under staffed…..
My order was wrong at pickup. Missed a big part of my order after they read it back.
Then I was charged for every cup of ranch after it was “offered”. Please tell your customers that ranch costs 0.75 for EACH cup.
Best Wings in the world
Bartender took care of us and she did an excellent job. Food came out correct and she followed up on any needs we had.
Great service however I’m not seeing that we received our rewards for our recent visit on Monday 8-26-24. Food is always wonderful.

Randy at bar area is a rock star. He take care of East Coast customers. This company should value Randy as great asset.
Better selection of desserts
Food quality was fresh from the kitchen not been set for a while and cold and we loved the prompt and courteous servers’ cheeriness. Made for a great night out.
When a basket of fries is order as an addition to a meal dont want to bring it out with the entree.
Service was great…food was great ..prices were great..and the restaurant had a 99% health inspection score👍👍
I’ve always liked the food at ECW, but frankly service at the Mount Airy location used to be consistently slow. No more! They were busy (as in no empty tables busy) and still the service was fast and the food was great. And the staff was friendly and efficient. I was impressed. I’ll be back more often.

Becky waits on us always. She is the best. She is the best waitress you have there. She is Johnny on the spot. We never go without anything. Becky , is the A++++++++ great. East Coast Wings on Highway 150 in Winston Salem, NC.
