Fast, fresh food, and friendly service!
Get my order in less than the 30 minutes I had to wait this time..make ur staff knowledgeable about what sauces are seasonal instead of arguing albeit gently about it in front of me..
Tables should be cleaned with clean water not water or towels used throughout the day.
It was ToGo order but employee was very pleasant & helpful!
The food is always consistent.
Too many extra charges for everything on the menu now. Buying wings used to come with Texas Toast. Not anymore. Charging extra for Ranch Dressing. Now to get all flats an extra .99 per 5 wings is getting out of hand. Used to be for 10, which was not a great thing anyway. I cannot eat the drumsticks because they are usually fried too hard for my teeth, so I have to go with flats. I also see there is no more straight Garlic flavor.
So will probably be a long while before coming back.

We ordered the unlimited raw fries which were great for the first order and cooked just like we asked but we asked for another one, they came out way overdone, which we didn’t complain about but were not good. When we asked for another order and asked if they could be cooked the way the first ones were, we were told they were out. They offered us fries but it was not what we wanted. This is why I gave you 5 and not lower. They did offer an alternative but it’s not what we wanted or paid for. Just frustrating
The food was great and the birthday $10 off bonus was a nice surprise! Although you don’t carry my favorite dish anymore, the Beef Mac and Cheese! Please bring that back!
The last few times we have been to the King location, the food has been very slow and sometimes not warm when we get it. The last to to order I placed, I waited a the store for half an hour for the food. On a positive note, the young lady that is normally at the register in the evenings is always friendly whether on the phone or in person.
The wait staff is friendly, the food is good and the beer is cold. A winner!
The facility is clean and the people are friendly. Service is fast!

We love the wings even though it takes a while for them to be ready, it is worth waiting for.
At times the service is a little slower than I would expect given the amount of diners in the restaurant at the time.
We had the wraps. Very delicious. Service was great!

Their license ran and and couldn’t serve beer, very disappointed.
Food was good but service was terrible. Asked our server for napkins and never got them. Asked a different server who brought them right away. Also was never asked about a drink refill until we were ready to leave . May or may not go back. Not the first time service has been an issue at this location. Other locations we've gone to have been great.

The wings were delicious, crispy great flavor. One of the better restaurants in our area.

The quality of my flatbread was not comparable to what I normally get at Charlotte. There was not a lot of chicken, avocado or bacon on my flatbread. I was truly disappointed. I will not eat at this location again.

The food was excellent. Service was prompt and wait time was minimum.
Last time I was in there, they gave me chicken that was cooked earlier, reheated,and it was so hard to bent the fork when I tried to use it. Not sure what’s going on with the tea sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s terrible.
I showed the utensil to the waitress.
Waiting and management staff are always pleasant to be there. They continue to help when needed as for refilling drinks.
They did ask if I wanted them to re-cook something I told them no I was afraid that the next round was gonna be as hard as that one was. I brought them home was gonna eat them or try to end up throwing them in the trash.
A lot of wasted money.
Before that meal, I would’ve gave him a 10. Not everything great every time but pretty pleasant most of the time.
