Great food and service
Very unstable front desk. Every single time I go there is a new person at the cash register who doesn't know how to handle orders.
Every single time. Staffing is unstable at this store. This is a real issue. Can't already have to train a new person!

I always order ahead of time and this establishment has my food ready as soon as I walk in the door. Very prompt and polite service.

My family and neighbors go out to eat at East Coast often. We have favorite waitors/waitresses. Last night we went and got wings. My buddy and I got cajun ranch with volcanic heat. His came out looking normal but had no heat. Mine came out and was white like they didn't have the cajun spices in it. Also no heat. We both love spicy wings. Sometimes we get insanity. So it was disappointing. Hope the next time we go it's back to normal. Thanks

East Coast in Salisbury has a friendly environment. The staff greet and value your presence. They remember little things about you to show their gratitude.

Always great, with the exception of not having their liquor and beer license. Been a few weeks not able to serve any alcohol.
ECW Hickory is the most consistently great restaurant in my family’s rotation. We drive an hour and a half at least 3-4 times per month to come eat here! The staff are all great too!

Also, it would be great to be able to order just the tenders without a side included.
