I had went to 4 other travel agents and fox world tours were the must informed agents. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were quick to respond to my phone calls.

Generally service has been good and our travel advisor tries to get answers to our questions. Two areas that could be improved:
1. When going on a group vacation, clients should be able to upgrade our plane seats and still be able to be part of air/tour package. We understand we need to pay extra for our seats, but if we are willing to pay it shouldn’t be so difficult. Our first Fox group was in 2016 & we were able to do this right away. Disappointed that changed. 2. Fox should send a tour manager on all group trips even if 20 person minimum isn’t met. On our recent trip no one was sent & it was difficult to find the meeting point with our Avalon rep in the Amsterdam airport. Since there was no Fox staff present, we didn’t even know who was in our group so we could work to find the meeting place together. Finally one of our flights was canceled & we all had to struggle with finding new flights by ourselves, a service Fox staff should have been assisting us with. We pay for group trips to have that assistance & this was the first time there was no Fox staff for us & definitely are not happy about that. Once on the cruise Avalon staff was great, but there was no help from them at the airport.
