Chelsea was very patient and so helpful helping us plan our trip on the Rhine River Cruise. She was able to answer questions, make changes when we were not sure of our choices and was knowledgeable about different cruise lines. She was good with keeping in contact via phone or email. We never felt rushed and she was a joy to work with.
