Our company went through a system update which made booking a flight before a big work event challenging. There is still no comparison for getting the chance to speak with a real person. The woman who worked with me needed minimal details and was able to confirm my flight/itinerary over the phone. Shortly after the call, everything was confirmed in compliance with our corporate policies and I was able to see flight details in my own flight carrier app. Thank you.

Booking travel through FWT is very straightforward, with useful features such as search filters, and is conveniently integrated through my employee account. One minor suggestion I have is adding the option to refresh the list of hotels showing up in the search results based on the area selected in the map.
