I found myself in a tough situation on the Saturday morning that my conference ended and I was making plans to get to the airport. It turned out that my return flight had been scheduled for November 26 instead of October 26. When I called Fox World and was transferred to the weekend coverage, I was able to get excellent and reassuring service from Breanne. She found me flights home the same day without an extreme price tag. I appreciated her positive and calming tone at a point where I was getting pretty anxious.
The one thing keeping me from giving a 10 for overall score is apparently the booking portal didn't give an automatic flag when the selected travel dates were over 1 month apart from each other. Certainly, there were at least 2 of us at the customer side who should have spotted the problem too, but flagging by the system seems like it could have been invaluable.
