What I appreciate most about Arrow Exterminators is that we’ve had the same technician provide our interior and exterior services for two years now. He has gotten to know us and understands our needs. For example, we raise exotic birds and he uses a different chemical in the bird room than other areas of the home. Additionally, he is thorough when spraying outside and ensure he discusses any findings with us. I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators!

We have a friendly technician, Scott, with whom I've established some rapport (he has a really good memory in regards to our prior conversations, etc.). Effective service, and when we do see any activity, I know I can call and get someone out somewhat promptly. I switched our termite bond to Arrow because we had pest control already and it was cheaper than NW Exterminating. I've made it a point to ask for replacement glue boards each time, and Scott asks if I need more when he's here.
I have young children and have asked about the safety in regards solution that gets applied inside the house, to which he assured me it is safe for kids and pets. I've noticed that, once it dries, it leaves a visble residue (along cabinets/sink, exterior door thresholds, etc.) which I'm not super thrilled about. But maybe that's just to be expected.
Lastly, I often see other companies servicing my neighbors and a lot of them use a cobweb duster around the perimeter. In the autumn, I notice a ton of spider webs cropping up overnight that I use a broom to remove. I don't think I've seen Scott do this, so it makes me wonder sometimes if I'm not getting the same level of service as other folks with different companies, but might be overthinking it.
