Perry, the Service Manager, took the time to walk me around the exterior of my house and explain what they do at each service and why. He also pointed out areas of concern for potential pest intrusion and recommended additional preventive care. We have several live oaks and heavy plantings so we signed up for mosquito treatment. I never sat out in the yard because you’d get eaten alive. But a week after our first treatment, I was able to sit under the live oaks and enjoy my morning coffee!! I’m so glad we switched our service over to Stark- game changer!

We’ve been using Brandon for years and we find him to be the most responsible , excellent job that arrow sends technicians out to work on our place and if Brandon ever left the company I don’t know if I would stay with arrow that’s how much we like Brandon doing our work on our house . There is a difference in your technicians you send out and Brandon is 10 times better than the others and that’s why we like having him come to our home

Technicians are friendly and courteous. Gage was insightful enough to remove any potential hazards from the area prior to treatment. I was grateful he moved the pet's water bowl and hummingbird feeders.
