The services are timely and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are an intentional community and several of our residents use Arrow services. As well we use Arrow for the community buildings for pest control and termite preventive services.

We have been customers of Arrow Exterminators since 1975 and would absoultly recommend them to everyone. They have been very reliable, do not push unnecessary products and are very helpful in keeping us informed of issues found in any areas near our home. The chemicals they use are not offensive and pet safe. Again, we are absolutely pleased with our service and if you are concerned about cost then Arrow is likely the one for you. They have only increased in cost due to cost response to their cost. Check them out and compare your current service and cost versus what they can do for you.
My service man, Greg, always does an excellent job when he treats my property for pests! He always asks me if I have any problems with bugs, etc, and he listens carefully if I have any concerns. Then he follows up with my concerns. He is professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and he treats me like family! In addition, he always calls me about a week before he will be here, checking to make sure the scheduled service time and date of service is a good time for me. Then he always calls me when he is on his way here. I really appreciate this communication because I know exactly when he will be here. I highly recommend Arrow Exterminating for the great service and very reasonable price!

i do like arrow, but was wondering for termite inspection shouldn't the tech have a device to help with indoor inspection? this concerned me about the inspection.
