I have had Arrow for years and they are great. We love our technician and have grown to be more like friends over the years. I had lots of bug issues when I built my house in the country and now I have almost none. The pricing is good too!
I used a competitor for years who sold to a consolidator. When I really needed them for a rat infestation they were a litany of computer questions about my problem which ended saying someone would call me back. This was during business hours. I immediately called Arrow and got a person on the phone. They were there that day. I have switched permanently to Arrow.
