Fast and friendly tech. AFFORDABLY with great results...Thank you!
VERY free with information to keep my carpeting looking new. Easy to bounce ideas with and I had a genuine conversation without feeling like I was being talked to rather, I was being talked with. My carpet dried quickly. Arrival was at the beginning of the window allotted. Overall, I am very happy.

Great technician Jay. He was knowledgeable and professional. The products did a fantastic job of cleaning both tile and carpet.
Left the room smelling fresh, not soapy. The tech was very polite (I thought the commercials were exaggerating, they don't). They are as friendly, well mannnered, well dressed as they say in the commercials. He was even concerned about animals that may escape from the house while he had the door open!
Great service and carperts are clean

Tim was great, he was professional and very knowledgeable. I had to have him come back as part of one of the areas didn't take completely, but it is looking very good now. Thanks!
My carpets look and smell great! When I've had other companies "shampoo" I always end up with headaches for a few days afterward due to the soapy/chemical smell left behind. Zerorez got my carpets clean without any chemical or soap odor. Also, your representative Tim who did the work was very helpful and honest about what would and would not work (we had some pet stains that would take soaking the pad and we chose not to do that based on price).
We enjoyed Tyson, who listened to our problems- after having a House Sitter here for 3 months. He assured us he could clean and sanitize our carpets, and he did. I really love the cleanliness, softness of our carpets, and the feeling that MY HOUSE IS CLEAN again.
i like the idea of not using soaps which leave a residue on the carpet. hopefully it will stay clean longer.. time will tell
Carpet is extremely clean and dries really fast.
Michael did a great job on the carpet he was asked to clean. A smoker lives in the space and it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. The carpet looks great after all his hard work. I couldn't be more pleased.
