I like that you are Eco-Friendly and that the applications leave very, very little residual that must dry before putting furniture back in place. The two step cleaning looks so simple yet it was very effective on the most dirtiest rug we have. Could not believe how the dirt and the spots, we feared would be near impossible to eliminate, came right up. My wife and I are sold with who you are and how you do your job. I thought Grant did an excellent job and he was great. The carpets looked great but the only thing I was hoping for was a small place under out hearth that he treated because of our cat and the smell is still there - I had hoped for it to be totally gone.
