The service tech, Tyson, arrived promptly, looked at all of the areas to be cleaned and reviewed cleaning options with me before starting. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time on the more soiled carpets. The carpets look great and dried quickly; I have some wool carpeting which dried faster than it usually does using the steam cleaners. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends. I like using a product that does not leave a residue.

Technicians were professional, answered all questions and provided information about additional services but were not too assertive in recommending them. What I was most pleased with is the product/application process which did NOT leave any residue, as stated in the name, ad, etc. I will definitely refer others to Zerorez.

From the time I made the appointment to when the technician had finished cleaning our carpets, the service was outstanding. The carpets not only immediately looked cleaner but I also noticed that the carpet was soft and didn't have that stiff and kind of crunchy feeling that other carpet cleaners leave behind. The citrus smell was an added bonus!
