My carpets are noticeable cleaner. The workmen were efficient, helpful, and friendly. I especially appreciated Patrick's knowledge and the time he spent to explain the process and answer my questions. John was a little less gregarious but just as pleasant and efficient. They stuck to business and completed the job quickly. Patrick offered to do extra rooms and explained the protection process. So I added the stairs and the protection. I also had two area rugs cleaned. They look great. I am so happy with your service. By the way, I heard about Zerorez through Dean and Angela on the radio--they were right.

The service was terrific...Adam did a wonderful job explaining everything he was doing and the end result was wonderfully CLEAN carpets, smelled great and no leftover wet spongy feel to the carpets. Thank you Zerorez!

Technician Michael was here on time, pleasant, knowledgable and did a great job. The carpets dried within 12 hours even though the work was done in the winter.

How quickly it dry's

I like that you don't leave residue that attracts dirt. In high traffic areas, spot carpet cleaners just make things worse! Thanks for being so quick, too! I had company coming the next day, but still managed to get the carpets clean and looking great! Thanks!
