I was very impressed with the care taken in protecting door trim and base mouldings in my home...the tech even wore shoe covers! On time and explained everything very well. The tech tried to remove a juice stain, since he could not completely remove it, he did not charge for the extra time and supplies.

Zerorez kept my appointment even though there was a snow storm the day before! Daniel was the tech who came to my home and he was fast, efficient, and when I asked about the Empowered Water, he took the time to tell me a little about the process Zerorez uses. He even shoveled snow from my front walkway so snow wouldn't get brought inside with the hose! I have, and will recommend Zerorez to everyone I know; I couldn't be more satisfied with their services and performance.

The technitian was polite and knowledgible. He explained how soil can damage carpet fibers so they cannot be cleaned completely. He did a good job and my carpet looks much cleaner - especially in the traffic areas.
