Excellent customer service. I have used Zerorez twice and was very impressed both times with the representatives that took my calls and provided the service. The final product was also excellent, with sparkling tile and carpets, and no nasty after smells or crunchy rug residue. My area rug cleaned up so nicely, I barely recognized it.
