I liked being notified that he was on schedule and would arrive at a certain time and he was here exactly at that time. I didn't mind the orange smell of the cleaning solution as much as I have whatever the other carpet cleaners use, plus the smell was gone that evening. that's importnat to me because my husband is very sensative to perfumes and harsh scents. He completed the whole job in less time than I expected and the carpet looks great! What's not to like? I will definately use ZeroRez again!

The Service Technician (Brian Walters) was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the product/service he was providing and even convinced me to add the protective coating after the carpets were cleaned. His arrival time was on the early end of the allotted arrival time slot (which I appreciated), and his skill allowed him to complete the task earlier than anticipated (this I REALLY appreciated).
