I think that this is the 4th time that I have used your company. You are always on time. Your service technicians are always very nice and easy to work with. Carlos was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get up a huge spot in my carpet that we thought would never come up...I was shocked! My carpets are 15 years old and look brand new when you are through. The clean carpets make the whole house feel fresh and clean.
