Low toxicity ... simple one step... fast
1) I was told that the arrival window was going to be between noon and four. I expected to see him show up at 4:30. He has here at 12:10! Yay!
2) The cleaning job was very good; the carpets look great.
3) There were some areas that I should have asked to have done when I made the appointment. I asked the Zerorez cleaner about the other areas, and he had no problem doing them.
4) Everything dried much faster than other carpet cleaners.
It worked well on my white carpets. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly.
So far, no stains have re-appeared, but the carpet cleaning was performed only yesterday. The young man who did the cleaning was most professional, and helpful. It is nice to not have residual fumes, also. Yes, I would feel comfortable in recommending Zerorez.

Brian was a true professional, friendly and informative. He walked through our home and gave us an estimate before he started cleaning the carpet. He asked us to check his work before he moved on to the the next rooms and once he was finished, we did a walk through of all the rooms he cleaned. Our carpets look amazing!
