The Service Technician (Brian Walters) was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the product/service he was providing and even convinced me to add the protective coating after the carpets were cleaned. His arrival time was on the early end of the allotted arrival time slot (which I appreciated), and his skill allowed him to complete the task earlier than anticipated (this I REALLY appreciated).

Patrick arrived when he said he would and got right to work. The carpet was cleaner than I've ever seen it when he left. I have already recommended Zerorez to several people.

I was very pleased with the service. Brian was courteous, efficient and completed the carpet cleaning fast and neatly.

Brian also cleaned 2 small chairs which came out bright and clean. I did contact the office the morning after regarding marks remaining on the fabric from the tools used to clean them. An appointment was made to have Brian return on Monday to rectify this situation and I have no doubt that he will take care of the matter satisfactorily.
