I love the after smell and after feel of my home. Last time we got our carpets cleaned it smelled like wet dog for months. Now my house smells so clean. And my tiles look fabulous. I was a little confused when after he cleaned the tile and I asked if he already put the sealant on he said it would be extra. When he suggested the cleaning, he mentioned sealing so I assumed that was included in the price quote. We ended up not getting the sealing done because I couldn't afford another $200 but that's my only comPlaint. The complaint that that wasn't made a little more clear beforehand.

The technician was very friendly. Explained everything before he even started. I loved the fact that the office called me when he was on his way so I didn't have to sit around and wait.

I am very happy with the job Tosh did on our carpet and sofa and kitchen floor. It is so much more clean and softer than the last company that came out (probably because of the lack of soap and not so much water). It smells really fresh too. I really like that. I like that even though it was late Tosh stayed and did all the things I wanted him to do and he really worked hard to remove some stains (he didn't give up until they were gone) with a wonderful happy attude.
