The customer service was fantastic. He was polite, explained everything he was doing, how and why it worked, and worked especially hard on some tough areas. My carpets look terrific.
My carpet is 11 years old and had some pretty serious stains on it that I had to been unable to remove. The spots and stains were at least two or three years old. I had serious doubts Zerorez would be able to remove them. Imagine my surprise when the job was completed and the carpet looked like new, with no evidence of any spots or stains. I was amazed!!
The technician, Carlos, was polite, careful and explained how he would proceed. He gave me suggestions about proper carpet care, as well as leaving a spot cleaning product.
The quick and cleanliness of the product and worker. I love the citrus scent and how clean the product gets the stains out of our carpet. I have had pet urine and grease on our biege carpet and he got all of it out!! I am so happy and look forward to more in future. I love my cloth swifter as well.
