I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Zerorez today. Michael Barth, your technition, was not only professional, on time and curtious but made extra efforts to protect my walls and furniture from being at risk from the hoses. Michael did a superior job, the carpet looks like new and he left the floor barely wet. I will be able to put my home back together this afternoon. He also, made sure to wipe up any water on my wood floors that might have gotten on it from the steam equipment and make sure there were no slippery spots for me.
