From the time I made the appointment to when the technician had finished cleaning our carpets, the service was outstanding. The carpets not only immediately looked cleaner but I also noticed that the carpet was soft and didn't have that stiff and kind of crunchy feeling that other carpet cleaners leave behind. The citrus smell was an added bonus!
