This was a rental house that I was moving out of and I really thought I'd have to replace the carpet (it was pretty dingy from my two big dogs walking over it, plus some smell from accidents) but it came out great. The property manager was pleased with it too.

The guys who came out were really nice and clean and were honest in telling me that it might not come out very well because of the pet smells, I really appreciated that.

The technician was very good, cleaning the rug he did an outstanding job and it looks great and feels great!

We have had Zerorez before and have been very satisfied. This time we had a pet urine problem and Zerorez was our only hope. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not take care of the problem and we had to tear out the carpet. I would still use Zerorez for my carpets.

Won't harm my kids or pets.

Best cleaning I've had. Wish it was a little more affordable, I would use the service more often.
