It's just water, which i like. The technician gave me his full attention when I asked about anything, and he was very nice. He worked very efficiently, and was effective. I do wish he would have recommended spot treatment, but I will request that next time for sure. I loved the smell...even afterwards.

Courteous employees who are always willing to spend a little extra time if necessary to get problem areas/spots cleaned properly. I had another company once give me the .. "I could get that spot clean but it will cost you another $25" speech and that was the last time I called them to clean my carpet.
I also use Zerorez duct cleaning service when I get my carpets cleaned every 2 or 3 years. I appreciate that the service person has an extra hard time getting the hose down through the narrow vents in my house, but he always gets the job done regardless of how long it takes. I do notice the difference when I turn on my furnace for the winter.. No burnt-dusty smell, which is typical when I don't get them cleaned.
The product does a great job cleaning the carpets...particularly the traffic areas..the associate goes to work promptly and does a great job..A very professional experience for us..

The speed to which it was done also the product has a pleasent smell, and as of now my carpet looks wonderful. The real test will be how long it keeps it look, although I know that will depend on how much traffic comes in. I am one who removes my shoes and tries to keep my carpet looking good, with companies I have had in the past within a couple of weeks my carpet looks bad even in areas that does not get any traffic.

The young man providing the service was polite and very professional. The carpet stains were, at best, nearly invisible after the carpet dried. There was absolutely no odor lingering after the carpet dried.

Ryan was absolutely AMAZING!! I had other bussiness to attend to, It literally only took roughly 2 to 3 mintes for Ryan to complete understand what it was I was concerned about, the problem areas, and a game plan set to go - and that was also with a plan of action for that fact that I have an loved dearly lab puppy. I went to work immediately, without one single dispruption of me and the other business I was attending too. Ryan even went as far as to go as he did when he was finished; he patiently waited 10 minutes for me to wrap up he was extremely kind, and patient. He went over every detaail of the bill with me, he explained every single thing he did, and why he did it ever before demanding payment. Ryan was actually so amazing he even got 6 month old bubble fabric paint stains out, and hard caked on dried hard clump of wax that was spilled on the carpet. The in home carpet spray he recommended for sweet Vaders "little" accidents ;-) has worked even better than Ryan had said. This carpet spray solution has been my saving grace for this adorable baby pupy's "little " accidents. So I give this company a solid Ten accross the board, if anything they are pretty much 20 in my book. So will I be referring the company to other friends and family absolutely. I run two companies and one of them is being involved in property managment and I know in that trade everyone of them could only benefit from a high quality affordable company.
