Liked several things, including: the citrus-based product was a pleasant change from chemical scented products used by some other cleaners; the representative who cleaned our carpets was very personable, thorough, and punctual; the phone call advising that the representative would be arriving in about 30 minutes was most appreciated; and finally, the appearance of our carpets following the cleaning process was great.
They were quick and rspponsive. Rgere was no bad odors, the room smelled fresh when the job was completed
Your response time to my request for service, including scheduling was excellent- I was impressed Zerorez called to inform me their truck would be a little late due to weather conditions. And lastly but probably most importantly, your employee was EXCELLENT, in fact I may just offer him a job here in my office. : ) He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and tried to "upsell" on services etc.

I had a few bad pet stains on my living room carpet & you did a great job of removing them. Yes, the cost was higher due to the solution needed to remove the stains, but it was well worth it!.

the work done by the techs is exceptional. the attitudes of the techs is kind and patient. Particularly Tyson whom I've worked with twice. He is also knowledgeable and honest. Also, the ladies who answer the phone & do the scheduleing are kind and sincere.

I'm a State Farm agent and Zerorez is the only company I recommend to my clients and friends as I have seen the difference first hand! Carlos came out to our house last year and did an amazing job. We are having him back for carpets in the main area and then a full clean out of the HVAC system too.

Normally not one to take the time for surveys or feedback.....The deep stain extraction processes was superior to others we've seen. The cost to value recieved was excellent. Our technician was polite, committed to our satifaction, and really knew his stuff. We felt were in very good hands.
We have high end carpet and will regularly call upon and invest in Zerorez to keep it in good condition.

The man that cleaned our carpets did a wonderful job and in a timely manner. He was very friendly. I felt bad that he had to chain up just to drive up our snowy/steep driveway. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.
