Good communication, great technician, very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy, good work ethic, very pleasant to have in my home working, carpets look great. I was disappointed that it took over 15 hours to dry. He finished my carpets around 3:30 pm and when I got up at 7:00 am the next day the stairs and parts of the carpet were still damp. It caused me some inconvenience as I had helped lined up to put all the furniture back and I was not able too. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was expecting a longer drying time. Nothing was even slightly dry by the 4-6 hour dry time I was expecting. Maybe just adjust what you tell people about that. The quality of the work and the way the carpets look is really fantastic. I couldn't'tbe happier with the results over all. I am definitely a zero Rez fan and will continue to use your company in the future. I really liked my technician Ryan! He was awesome!

I liked the fast friendly response time with the high rating from the carpet and rug institute. The carpets look great and were dry within six hours. Advanced technology usually brings a much higher price but the pricing was very competitive.

I like the fact that someone answers the phone when I call. I like the 1/2 hour call ahead. I like that you are always on time. I like the clean non-smelly workers. I love the citrus smelling stuff you spray on the carpet!
