I was happy with the products and with the gentleman that performed my services. I wish that at the time I spoke to the man I scheduled with that it was more cearly explained all the extra expenses that will pop up as you get into the process of cleaning so I could have been better prepared. I am still happy with the cleaning and will know the next time I have you clean my carpets.

Ontime arrival and excellent carpet cleaning.

The products you use have no strng odor. The carpets smell fresh and clean even when still wet. also, they dry quickly.

The tech nician was neat and clean and very personable. He cleaned the areas we requested and didn't try to coerce us into doing more than we asked. He was a very nice and polite young man. I recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The cleaning is chemical free and does a wonderful job on pet stains and other stains.

Technicians always present themselves very professionally. Very polite and knowledgeable or realistic of what they can and cannot do. The carpets always turn out fresh and clean and stay that way longer since they don't use soap.
