Friendly technician (Adam) and the pet stain removal solution. I've used Stanley Steamer for the last 10 years thought I'd try someone different and Molly, Dave, and Ken highly recommend you on their morning show. I didn't like that I had to vaccum carpets first and furniture couldn't be moved. Stanley Steamer brings two technicians and puts blocks under the furniture so I understand why.

The serviceman arrived promptly at the scheduled time. This is a home we just purchased and have not moved in yet. Obviously the areas to be cleaned had not been done in some time. Chris did a great job and when we move from our present home, we will certainly use your company to do the carpeting after we vacate.

Operator was very friendly and helpful. He moved what furniture that had to be moved by himself. Paper was used to prevent staining from furniture on the wet carpet.
