Although it takes longer then the 5 hrs I am told the carpets will take to dry I know they are very clean and it's worth the wait. Also areas where I thought stains would be difficult to get out came out very clean.

I think the new carpet cleaner (that spins) is the best job I have ever had used on my carpets. They are fluffy and soft like they were when they were new. The technician was courteous and efficient. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best possible. He then reminded us that, although he wished it were true, he is not perfect and if we saw something that did not meet our approval to please give a call and he would come back and fix whatever we needed fixing. Fortunately, a second call was not needed but it was nice to know we could have called had we needed to. He was on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Great service!
