You may not realize it but after talking to several women about having their carpet cleaned they all have the same worry. That someone is going to come into their house and talk religion and preach or push them to buy special services they don't want using scare tactics. I stayed home with my wife to make sure that wasn't going to happen. Services were offered but a "no thanks" was enough for them and they began cleaning. I would have given them a 10 had they moved the bed to one side or at least asked me to move it. I had everything else out of all 3 rooms and ready for them to go. They did a great job and were professionals.
