I thought the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They were right on time and I thought they finished in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very careful while moving a ladder from room to room to not hit any walls or do any other damage.

Time will tell about the product, but it looks very very good now. What I can comment on was the service...It was excellent. The tech was very neat, and conveyed a professional image that was also very friendly and enjoyable.

I have an off white carpet with two yellow labs, the carpet is 13 years old, and looks great, the guys were very professional, and careful with furniture. It went faster than I expected. We never walked on it till the next morning making sure it was dry. Looks great and also has a thick springy feel.
