Our carpet is 10 years old, and very light color. Your products made it look almost like new. There is alot of traffic through our greatroom from family and pets. Everything looks good and smells fresh. Patrick was very pleasant and informed us of several options on keeping the carpet clean looking.

The service was excellent and even though there was a fairly large coffee stain the technician managed to get rid of it. The carpet looks as good as new.

Cleans well and doesn't leave carpets soaking wet or full of detergents. Those involved in the cleaning process are always polite, tidy & neat in the cleaning and cleanup part of job and arrive when they say they will. It's easy to schedule your own appointment by going on line and typically will find a special.

Time, of course, will tell how well the cleaning will hold up but I am very pleased with the results.
