I like the fact that someone answers the phone when I call. I like the 1/2 hour call ahead. I like that you are always on time. I like the clean non-smelly workers. I love the citrus smelling stuff you spray on the carpet!

You are a green company and your carpet cleaning contains no harsh chemicals. The man who came to do the work really did work hard to remove all the carpet spots left from the previous owners.

The "clean" lasts, especially with the option of coating to repel dirt. However, I was not happy with the cost of coating the rug--seemed excessive. Our $99 3-room process booted to $219 with the coating. Ouch!
The service technicians were very friendly, did a professional job, and got it done in a good amount of time (not too quick, but efficient). Didn't waste time. Dried rather quickly and the product smelled pretty good! The price was fair and reasonable. Thanks!!
The carpet is cleaner than in a loooooong time and it dried so much faster. According to Grand Lodge we cannot put our name on your advertisement but I have sure told A LOT of people and will continue to do so.

The final result was terrific-I still like how my carpets look after nearly 2 weeks. I was
impressed that Tyler was able to remove most of the major stains I was concerned about. I
appreciated Tyler's professionalism. I think it would be helpful if you had a form that
listed the different products and the cost--it was confusing to me to follow the options
during our conversation without looking at it on paper, and although Tyler estimated it on his smartphone, it was not until I had a chance to look at the bill on my computer 3 days later that I new what the specifics were. I had a little bit of a pause due to sticker shock when he said the estimate was at $710 (I was trying to figure how we went from $99
for 3 rooms. Thanks again for your service.
Very efficient, professional
I liked the fast friendly response time with the high rating from the carpet and rug institute. The carpets look great and were dry within six hours. Advanced technology usually brings a much higher price but the pricing was very competitive.
