Patrick did an excellent job. Explained about the product to remove the cat smells. It took 6 gallons at $65.00 per gallon, so it ended up being very expensive, but I am hopeful when it dries, the smell will be gone. He was on time and had true concern about my job. The carpet looks great and he was very through.
