What do you like about our products and services?

Both technicians were very good at there jobs. Great care was taken to protect our home from damage caused by the carpet cleaners. Edges were put around stairs and doorways to protect the walls from getting scratched from the hoses used to clean the carpet. They also wore covers over there shoes. Thank you for a great job. Highly recommend this type of carpet cleaning.

My carpets look great and so far I haven't notice a return of urine smell from some puppy accidents that happened. Your tech Daniel is very personable. He explained things throughly. The trainee he had with him was also personable and either one would be welcomed back into my home.

The Zerorez representative/worker was extremely friendly, was able to answer questions and was very polite to my wife, who was at home alone when he arrived, with me coming in a little later. A very satisfying experience, with all questions answered in a very knowledgeable fashion.

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very appreciative that your technician was able to come on the same day I requested an appointment. Our home is for sale and we had a dog accident unexpectedly. The spots were cleaned and the carpet looks great. The tech's even gave me a bottle of spot cleaner at no charge in case the dogs have any more accidents in the meantime!

I'm very pleased with the results. I am at fault for letting a few "traffic areas" go too long so can't really expect them to look "good as new". The two technicians were fabulous gentlemen Brennon and Patrick.

The service was quick and easy. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. I am curious how the pricing works. I was charged $30 for a hallway less than 10 feet long. I would suggest that the pricing is more accommodating for smaller homes.
