Nick did everything wright but he was dealing with a 15 year old carpet and we live in the country. So our traffic area has taken a beating. He was able to take the stains out of the main area I was concerned about and am thrilled. Nick did mention to watch the area, that there's a 30 day warranty on the cleaning and if it shows back up to call.

The seekers staff are professional and knowledgeable. The products seam to clean without residue and keep looking clean longer. My stairs look great and I don't feel like they are dirty or worn out anymore.

Customer Service personnel on the phone were very courteous and quickly arranged for carpet cleaning that fit my time frame. The cleaning crew called ahead as instructed and arrived at the appointed time. They were friendly and professional, verified the cleaning area and confirmed the same price as I was given over the phone. They immediately went to work and the completed job looks wonderful. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them highly.
