The service was fast and thorough. My carpet looks much better, no more odor. I am very happy with the results, and as far as I can tell, there is indeed no residue.
My only disappointment was with the treatment for urine stains. An extra $40.00 to apply a small amount of cleaner to the tiny stains that were hardly visible seemed quite a bit much. I could understand another 10.00 perhaps. I turned the extra service down, and the carpets came out fine. Reduce that fee and I would surely use it in the future.

The gentlemen are always friendly and do a wonderful job always cleaned well but it is very pricey. Wish you had a frequent flyer program for those of us that use services several times a years.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpets. Unfortunately, one area didn't come completely clean; however, it is much better than it was. He explained what may have happened in that area ( we just bought the house) and it made sense, so I am confident that he did his best to get it clean. Overall, the carpets are much brighter and look better. (They are white carpets)
