Our service tech was excellent- professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. He did a great job of understanding what we wanted and treated our home very carefully. He removed spots previous carpet cleaning companies could not.
The carpets look great. Matt was very friendly and even let the dogs smell him and the equipment before he started. He made sure to tell us to wait 4-6 hrs. before putting the furniture back and cleaned the carpet in a timely manner.

The 2 men were very polite and did a good job. Carpets look great. But it took a long time to dry, we were told 4 hrs. but there were a lot of damp spots well into the 6 to 8 hrs. I was all so thought that we had a 3 room special for like 89 and they charged us 99. the guys were great.
You don't use a bunch of chemicals and the carpets dry quickly.

Since Daniel Cole did such a great job on my carpet the other day, I had him come back and clean my tile and reseal the grout. My tile was really dirty and he took the time to make it look like new. I am very happy with the job he did. He was very professional and yet easygoing at the same time. Will definitely be our go to guy for Zerorez!
