This is the second time I have used Zerorez and the service was very good. I called in the morning and the technician was there that afternoon. He was friendly and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to protect the corners of my walls. However, the first time I used them this fall, some of the product there were using go on my class window and it will not come off no matter what I use. This issue needs to be resolved as I cannot live with the stain. Please contact me ASAP.

Your service people continue to amaze me. This time was no different. He was quick, efficient and took the time to have me check his work before he packed up. While I have always been satisfied with my own carpet, when I took him to my mother's home I wasn't looking for wonders, as in vacuuming it the carpet looked faded where the furniture had not covered it. When he was done, you couldn't tell where the furniture had been AT ALL. The kitchen carpet was quite soiled, but that too came out CLEAN. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
